Is unpure free to join?
- Yes. unpure is free to join at launch. You sign up to the waitlist and invites roll out one city at a time as each city's list fills up. The first batch in each city becomes founding members with extra perks.
How does verification work on unpure?
- You take a quick selfie that proves you are a real, live human, then an actual moderator approves your profile before you can message anyone. Your verification selfie is destroyed the instant you are approved — unpure keeps a verified badge, never your face.
Do unpure chats really disappear?
- Yes. Messages, photos and voice notes are permanently purged from both the database and file storage 24 hours after delivery. Unmatch and the whole thread is deleted instantly — not archived, not hidden. There are no receipts left to screenshot or leak.
How is unpure different from other dating apps?
- Most dating apps keep your history forever. unpure does the opposite: 24-hour ephemeral chats, no real name, a hard cap of 25 intentional swipes a day, and human-verified profiles only. It is built for privacy and intent instead of endless doomscrolling.
Is unpure safe?
- Safety is the architecture, not a setting. Every profile is reviewed by a human before it can message you, you can block and report on any profile or message, and reports are acted on within 36 hours. unpure complies with India's IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act.
Which cities is unpure launching in?
- unpure launches one Indian city at a time, starting where the waitlist is loudest. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad are currently racing to the front. Joining the waitlist counts as a vote to bring unpure to your city first.
Is there an age limit on unpure?
- Yes. unpure is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Age and human verification are mandatory for every member, and any profile that looks underage can be reported and is removed.
