Terms of service.
These terms are a contract between you and unpure ("unpure", "we", "us"), the operator of unpure.in. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use unpure.
1. You must be 18 or older.
unpure is strictly for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 years old when you sign up, and we verify your stated date of birth as part of human review. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and reported where the law requires it.
2. One human, one account.
- Every account goes through email verification and a selfie-based human review before it can interact with anyone.
- You may use an alias — we never require your legal name — but the face on your profile must be yours.
- Impersonation, bots, commercial accounts and duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be removed.
3. Ephemerality is the product.
Chats and shared media are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 24 hours after delivery. Unmatching deletes the entire conversation immediately. Save nothing here that you want to keep — deletion is irreversible and we cannot recover purged content, including for your own requests.
4. Daily limits apply.
The swipe deck is capped (currently 25 swipes per day) for every user. Limits, features and availability can change as the service evolves.
5. Acceptable use.
- No harassment, stalking, threats or hate speech.
- No sharing of other people's private information.
- No commercial solicitation, escorting, paid content funnels or spam.
- No illegal content of any kind. Child sexual abuse material results in immediate termination and mandatory reporting to authorities.
- Consent matters: unwanted explicit content is a violation, not a vibe.

6. Enforcement & termination.
You can report or block anyone from any profile or message. We act on reports per our published timelines and may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts at our discretion to keep the service safe. You can delete your account at any time; your profile is removed and any remaining conversations are purged.
7. Pricing & trials.
unpure is currently free to use during the launch period. If paid features are introduced later, you will see clear pricing and consent screens before being charged anything. No silent conversions.
8. What we're not liable for.
unpure is a venue, not a chaperone. We verify that members are real humans, but we don't vet their intentions and aren't a party to your interactions, online or off. Meet in public, tell a friend, trust your gut. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
